I am Santino Miele, a Web3 Business Developer driving decentralized movements and global partnerships. Active in tech since 2013 and in the crypto space for over five years, my economic and political concerns drew me to blockchain long before I could open a bank account in my own name.

Since then I've seen this world from just about every angle: From my parents' garage humming with GPUs mining Ethereum, to being funded by a DAO to attend Ethereum Rio 2022, to joining a pioneering NFT startup that grew up alongside names like AAVE, POAP and ETHDenver, to Crecimiento, the foundation behind turning Argentina into the crypto capital of the world.

Along the way I've connected web3 companies, protocols and foundations, universities, founders and communities across Argentina and Latin America, helped run conferences and acceleration programs, and been part of the team behind some of the biggest moments of DevConnect 2025: its pop-up cities, conferences and hackathons. And after all of it, the same curiosity that started everything keeps pulling me right back to where it began: building a better version of the world using the tech I love.
